How to Create a Loan in Mortgagebot and Import into PowerLender
This article reviews how to create a loan in Mortgagebot.
- Load the URL in your browser
Create New Application
- Complete the Identification Information
- Click Next
- Select the loan purpose
- Select the loan obligation
- Click Next
- Select the checkbox to agree to receive disclosures electronically
- Click Next
- Complete the loan application screens as it pertains to the loan
- The last screen will be a submission screen, click the Submit button
- If document upload is enabled for the client, please refer to the Document Upload article
- In PowerLender, go to Application | Import/Export | Mortgagebot Import
- A list of loans ready to import will display in the table grid

- Import all of the loans by leaving the checkbox selected or uncheck those you wish not to import
- Click Import
- A batch window displays showing the import progress and the PowerLender loan number
- When the import is completed, click Close
- Click Close from the Mortgagebot Import window
- Confirm application created by accessing the application using Application | Open
